Every time i upgrade my shield i got disconnection and lose all my materials.. I try 3 times already but i got same issue at all. I file already a ticket for this.. hope as soon as possible can fix this coz i want to ups my items...

Some times you can lose your items that you use when you refine if you get DC, we have those logs and if it's legit it shall be refund.

There is something with the succes runes going on, that's why you get DC.
