Reset your pin http://www.irosephonline.com/ you need to login your account and click the tab "Reqesut Reset Pin" the pin should be sent to your email.

me too almost 3 years i didnt play irose and i forgot my details except my username and password.
How can i reset my pin if i dont remember what my email is?
When i loggin in it says "You Have No Access in this Location" in my two accounts!
Can the Admin restore my Character or even respawn it in Junon or Eldeon town?
I want to play my character in iRoseph again?
Plz Help..

File a ticket, just wait for Gm Kyros' reply.

Gm im asking to how to recover my account cause i change my computer last week i forgot my pin code and email. computer say "you do not have access this location"

Please file a ticket! Or if you still can remember your other account info (Mother's Name and Email Address) try to change your pin in the iROSEph Website.
