how can i reset my pin even i forgot the mother's name i use to create my account...

First, if you can still remember the email address you've used for account creation, then access it and try to find the email that was sent to you to confirm your registration. Your username, password, mom's name, etc., all your account info are in there.

If you can't do that, then file a ticket and wait for an iRosePH staff to assist you.

addendum: please edit your post and remove your username. It's a bit dull to post it publicly. Beware of hackers and such.

Yep. If i remember it correctly, newly made tickets have that status -unfiled. And yes it is a private transaction, only you and iroseph staff could see, read and reply to it.

For now, wait for their reply.

Hey remove your account name, do not publicly show your account because people will attempt your passwords. Click edit and erase the account name.
