is there anyone know how to fix this problem ? "unsuitable image file size. you can check additional information about clan marks on rose online website" because everytime im gonna change my clanmark i always got that error even though my clanmark size is right ( 20 x 20 / Bitmap image ) and i can see it in clan preview... so help me out guys SANKYUU!

Usually there is another mark that looks exactly like that but with a different name/number on the IrosePH file, try looking for the copy for you to use. If, however, you imported that yourself to the file, and it didn't belong there in the first place, that might be the cause even if the sizes are right.

Maybe its some problem in the way u save it, in adobe photoshop try to save in .bmp "16bit X4 R4 G4 B4"
