we players, must abide whatever policy/rules implemented by this server , if no actions too be taken to protect and support a player/or even a GM where many really cares , i dont think it really serves it's main purpose.

INSULTING A GM JUDGEMENT AND PERSONALITY IS A FOUL WORDS WHICH CORRESPONDS AN ACTION to those who trash talked him/her in a non-PK area and shout out all over a place where many of us, could see it. what is the purpose of doing so? to perceived that anyone in game can be a victim of cyber-bullying. this must correspond, an appropriate action
