Looking for someone who's not in any clan is a downside for you. There isn't a single person who's not in a clan nor a person is neutral and active. All active neutral are all new coming players. Better cross that off your checklist.

since everyone using champ to abuse the sleep i think they have to lower the sleep chance and make more time for the cd of the skill because its annoying to keep sleeping all the game.

im not talking about the champ poisons build here im talking about the sleep time and chances they should bigger the time and lower the chances because they keep sleep wait stun failed the other stun/or again sleep that annyoing man i can't even skill when champ against me.

I was not talking about that, either. when u fight with champ ,u are still be able to cast ur main stun, it is fair enough(when champ try to stun u once, u can try to stun him once, too)

never lower the chance, but make it 2sec only then every complaints gone, and there will be no sleep poison champ.
