No it doesnt, its all based on 100 randomly picked clanjumpers on a battle field were 80% of them die due to lagg, it has nothing to do with skill.

I never experience lag, thats why I survive the longest even when I'm not wearing any dr. I'm a loner in CW, I'm standing between 2 big clans fighting etc. They heal but die faster than I die? Wtf lag logics :P
