after i entered my username and password, a message "confirm" (see attach) only appears... how can i fix this? thanks in advance...

Your client isn't up to date. Run RoseOnline.exe as Administrator to patch.
In the bottom right of the login screen the version should start with "2.4"

Sir tintin.. i can surely guarantee that re-installing the game client will fix the problem..registry entries and directory link libraries are needed as incorporated to the game to make it work smoothly fine..
