can someone help me i downloaded the client and installed and tryed to update and i get patch number 121 error and when i try to go in the trrigerdetect it said trrigerinfo.dll is missing and i cant play please help me

You don't need TriggerDetect.exe, I think that file only exists in the old client.
If you are sure you have the right client, you only have to run RoseOnline.exe (try Run as Administrator if patch fails)

try to re DL it again then use a IDM or internet download manager

hmmm... i gues,, you need to re download the client or re install it.. or may be on your network .. if your net is weak?.. please check this aspect.
