Skill of cart sell in any shop?

or i just can take in monsters or players?

And how i can make garmets +9 e others jewels??

(where npc with what itens? in what npc?)

ok you need to do the quest or buy from vendors and i think you can hunt from chess world and about the garnet you can craft it buy a dealer or buy it from vendors average 250-300

your talking about the driving skill you can get tru quest or you can hunt the skill in chess dimension
about the gem or any gem you can craft it if you have an artisan

For Gem 9 U need to create a Artisan at a minimun of level 205., or you can buy from vendors.

The Cart job can be dropped in Chess dimension, you can buy from vendors or you do the real cart qeust by mildun

I believe the Drive Cart skill is not dropped anymore. You can still buy it from other players.

You can do the quest, but at the moment there's a small bug so you can't start the quest at Mildun. It will be fixed soon.
