i forget,got premium too?

It is obvious that it is not premium because it doesn't have slot for gems.

Wait for the confirmation of gm / admin. Don't be deceive by prefix name and icon. Remember p2p armors/weps cannot be vend

that why i posted in bug section lol,before dont have this system item mall Jason mask donate item can be traded i still remember

It's not a bug. Please read the description of P2P items, it is stated that P2P items can't be traded, dropped and vended.

Try also to compare the stats of that Doom Hammer to the one being sold at the Item Mall. The Item should speak for itself.

This item has a name prefix bug, was set by the dev's for item testing. item cannot be disassembled to gain Donation Coupon. and this will be fixed on the next update. here is a snap shot from the dev. item fixed.
