How many CON to have a greater "Safe" success rate crafting gem9 ? and how about crafting items with socket? thanks in advance

depend on luck , sure you have max con is better
50% up craft 10 times only 2~3 failed at GEMs

1410 plus soulmate i think 1430 or up

Even if you have above 50% change, it still has the possibility to fail. And some gem9 is better to craft using tincture rather than arcanum,

1000 con up is better for artisan crafting gem2 to gem 9... a good bourg farmer is better combination to your artisan, set a level for each hearts and refines

for your bourg. buy a unique gun.
