GM can you warp my character to Zant or Junon? I got stuck on Luna and i haven't done the required quest to translate what the people on Luna says so I can't use the teleporter back to Junon. Please help me.

You have to speak to the ambassador, he's the NPC on the right side of the map. He is the first NPC you'll see from the station. He'll tell you that you would need to communicate with your heart. Afterwards, you'll be able to understand the other Luna NPCs.
