as the title says, whenever i open my irose launcher, it suddenly crash whenever the launcher is trying to download verdana.zip

what OS your using?

windows 7, i already tried running it as admin, and i already have the C++ thing, still the same

Check your anti-virus maybe your anti-virus blocks the application
that was my issue before

terminated anti-viruses, still got the same error

a 32bit or 64bit? OS

Check your computer fire wall

coz that was my issue before my system was blocking the application.

its a 32bit OS

and i don't use firewall, is always off

Can you click "View Problem details" and upload a screenshot again?

nothing happens,

can some1 just upload the verdana.zip? the launcher was stucked there and it cause error, maybe if i put the verdana.zip there, maybe the error will disappear

are you using a original OS or what is your OS i mean are you using a windows or OS X from mac?

Did you took notice of the note in the download page?

***Note for Windows Vista and Windows 7 users if you encounter a patch list failed error please deactivate the UAC ( Tutorial Here) or Run as administrator the launcher to avoid the problem.

yes, i've already put the UAC to never notify, sheez, whats wrong with the launcher, its been a week, i wanna play >.<
