Have the email you current have on that account accessible, make a ticket request a email change with a legit reason. If allowed, you need to PM one of the GM personal iRosePH Email with the corresponding email than put down the email you want to change it to in that mail and send it to him.

I also forgot my previous email account and now i'm having a problem accessing my iRosePH account. Please help!!!
