Hi, I'm experiencing a problem with the latest patch. Everything seems to be ok when I newly installed the game and didn't downloaded the patch, I can proceed to the login page but it always prompt me to download the latest patch to continue when I login so I did. Ever since I downloaded the patch, opened the game and pressed play, all I can see is a black screen with no cursor but there is a background sound of the game playing. Please help me fix this problem.

Just wait for some staffs, or tintin, since this isn't a common prob.

Or (aint sure about this) but you can message tintin and send your "error.txt" that's located in your iroseph folder.

Hi, I'm sorry it take too long to reply. So, I installed the game again yesterday, still I get the same problem. I've tried running it in compatibility mode and run 640x480 res. hoping it will fix the black screen problem just like the other games' but still nothing happens.

I got my problem solved by tweaking some of the SevenHearts.ini file configuration. Since I am a returning player, my problem now is I can't enter the game coz I can't remember my PIN. My old email account in 2010 is lost. And I can't remember what I put in the mother's name field when I first registered.
