Hi!
I'm an old player and as far as I can remember, the last time I played was around 6-8 years ago. I've been checking out my accounts through the website tho every now and then. So I decided to install iRosePH again and found out that I needed some pin code, couldn't exactly remember if I entered something the last time I played but when I tried to enter something it says that my computer is not authorized or something. I tried to reset the pin code and was able to recover it using my old email! (But too bad I have been blocked for like an hour lol)
Now here's the problem, I couldn't reset my 2nd account's pin code due to the fact that it will send the new code to that account's email address. I am not sure if I still have my 2nd account's email nor do I still have access to it, so I'm hesitant to reset it since it might send the new code to a non working email add and I can never fully recover my 2nd account. So, what are my options? Is there a way to transfer my account to my new email address or do we have other ways to help my case? Btw here are my usernames:

Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope you can help me since I'm really want to check out my account and maybe even go back to playing and recruit some friends from work or some old players like me, so yeah, cheers!

Thanks for the reply, I already did and all they suggested to me was to post here in the forums and file a ticket (which I already did too btw) just waiting for some reply!

If it's retrieval of account and you did file a ticket, all you need is to wait for reply of GM. You must provide all information you can remember for faster process.

Yeah, I'm still waiting. I just hope the system isn't dead yet, might be waiting for nothing.
