The answer is TICKET but I doubt it would be processed that fast. I have my ticket since Christmas still not processed/taken action

Yes you can create a ticket for the boosters, they will be refunded.
Regarding 'we entertain donations only'
Actually not, we Ramzes and I can't do anything regarding donations. We mostly forward it to donate@irosephonline.com.
Regarding the ticket of FANNY, I know which one it is but sadly currently I do not have the ability to fix that.
