Dear Gm & Supporters

I tried to download the game 3 times & unistall & re-staling the game
But i got the same msg [ failed to download a patch file ]
And i tried to check the all links which u proof but none of them are working

Thanks i hope u repu quick so i can start playing

Check your internet connection. And run the patcher as admin.

and you should include what Operating System you are using. Are you sure you are running as an admin or just a limited account?

I tried as admin still the same problem and my connection is very good

I got this msg as well , Run Roseonline.exe to patch
Game update is required

The version which i got is 2.2.5.120 !! And i cant update it

Just drag the roupdate to the client and start it should patch or removr that sign

I tried no changes , any one can help me even if @mail or msn , anythin plz !

Rightclick RoseOnline.exe > Run as Administrator
(Sidenote: The new patch will automatically request Administrator access on the launcher)

You should double click roupdate then right click run as administrator on the rose client

have you fullfilled all the system requirements of the game.?
or try to reformat your desktop or laptop that might solve your problem
after you reformat it install the game client cause encouter it once i just re format my laptop then..

I called my engeeniring , he will come to format the computer ! We will See how it will goes later

@johhny i dont know if its fully filed or not ,, cuz i download the gamefrom the official website !

"RoUpdate" only updates the patcher, it does not update the game. RoseOnline.exe is the launcher/patcher for the game.

thats how it worked for me i drag and drop it then it patches
