Website, log in in the tabs you will see “Reset Pin†all you need is to input your mothers name and it will send you a new Pin for the account.

thats why im asking to change my email to recieve pin code because my old email is not recognize by yahoo... T_T . waiting for respose.,.

You can make a ticket and reset your pin via the ticket system all you need to do is to ask for a pin reset and put down your username email and mothersname and they all have to be correct for them to change it.
