The situation is...
Player 1 = Inviter
Player 2 & 3 = Need to be invited
Player 1 invited Player 2 first then Player 3 after.
Player 3 accepted first and was invited to the clan then Player 2 click accept but was not invited in the clan

Literally, if someone used clan invite with two people usually you have to accept from the lineup 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9. Mixed up it will cause trouble and no one will be invited after the mix up happened meaning they have to invite again.
