can i file tickets for this? for my prestige will be available not random?

you need another poison res rune to upgrade the level of the poison res according to the equipment grade.

So you didn't put a poison rune in it and you got that stat?

Pretty sure he meant to say the prestige stats just came out (w/o putting any runes in it).

wow that's unfair after i upgraded my sets to +10 i put runes already, so i can get random stats if i don't put rune when i upgrade it up to +11?

I guess it is still being checked by tintin. If it happens, you could just easily file a ticket about it and they can check logs of your upgrades.
