There is a massive count of people who share accounts for sure with limited rights. Does this mean when the update comes and they are not aware of the exact time, their accounts will be vulnerable until they set to PIN again, unless they change their passwords now? If true, why risk this?

If someone wants to share account, it would be good and simple to register a PIN, like the usual security we currently have.

No, when the update comes your account will still be protected. In order to disable the PIN on your account, you will first have to enter you current PIN.
On new accounts it's disabled by default because it's often confusing for new players, and many players forget their pin. If you don't share your account with anyone it's only a nuisance.

I remembered in the old thread we suggested a timer not show whats the stun duration of that skill.
