Pearl[9] / Cassiterite = High damage output (best for normal attack type bourgs)
Sugilite = damage + stun success rate (best for hybrid build bourg)
Sugilite = damage + stun success rate (best for hybrid build bourg)

only loses 10 stats each and it get stun Sugi is better than cassi or pearl9.
