If you already filed a ticket, better wait for a staff for the reply. They usually reply the next day after you post, in some cases right after you post if they are online when you filed your ticket. Just to give you a tip retrieving accounts can take a day, a month, or even a year, depending on dev's schedule. So better bring more patience
