I just downloaded the game again myself and had the same problem.

Not sure what made it work, I tried a few different things but it worked when I did this

1. Download the old client(V156)
2. Open the installer as administrator

What host did you download the corrupted v223 client from? Mirror 1 or 2?

Having the same issue! download the v223 by mirror 1. I'll try the old one.

You're right, Mirror 1 is corrupted. Will be fixed.

I experienced this problem too. I think it's internet problem because when i have browser while downloading the setup is corrupted but if I download only, the v223 is not corrupted and download http://www.flashget.....7.0.1195en.exe to have a smooth download.

Just save the files somewhere else. Don't save it in program file.
