For shaman:
INT and STR give AP (I forgot the amount) so more damages with the aoes, don't forgot the sen to increase your damages.
It depends what type you want make.
Dex type : 220dex/200con/300sen/300int should be works
Set: Deamon set and U7 or AQ7 and access int/hr or int/con with varis or U9 or Aq9 (make your choice)
Str Type : 300str/300int/200con/ rest sen
Set: Winter purple set ? Tur7 or Q7 ? and same access with tanza or TUR9 or U9 (make your choice)
I think this things can works, make it like you need or want.
