The ticket has been reviewed and so far the character mentioned in the forum post created by Christian12 has no strings attached what so ever.
He/she created the ticket with a suspect in which he/she had no hard evidence and therefore it has no value to the case.
The person has been warned to not suspect any one with out any evidence and for posting it in public.
