yes. you need im set to get the maximum int required for a cleric. put max 400 int on your base stat + the following items:
(w/ topaz 9 gem)
ring = 50 int
necklace = 50 int
earrings = 50 int
wand = 40 int
shield = 30 int
(w/ topaz 7 gem)
face item = 30 int
hat = 30 int
back armor = 50 int
clothes = 50 int
gloves = 30 int
boots = 30 int

And if you want to participate in wars dex+dodge IM sets with citrines 7 & 9 are highly recommended..
