Any alternative for that? I don't want to donate until I enjoy my three months here in this game. And, I think it will take me 3 whole weeks farming in hooks to get 1.6b for 400 dp + 100 for collector.

Try to farm refines in ECF with a level 153 bourg, i think it's faster 
or try dual client harvesting.
