Click O that will pop up the setting page then click the tab "Video" you will see at the bottom of the dialog "Windows Mode, Border-less Mode & Full screen Mode"
That's the choice of playing.
Hint: When you do the Settings way, it will save the settings next time you run the game you will be on windows mode. But if you do it via "Alt + Enter" , next time you open the client you will be in the full screen again.
