I don't think so but it's not as fast like hover.

I think they don't really add. I checked it. Removed the spoiler and put it back, still didn't change. My guess is the speed depends on the wheel and engine's %.

Well yeah I tested it again and still 2250 speed with the spoiler and without it. ^^

i think that spoilet is bug... it started when they patch the new weapon for carts.... may be gm should check this.. cause that item is bug....
