I've installed the game today and as I was checking on item mall items, the pages wouldn't load. I have no idea what to do or how to fix this problem. Any suggestions? Has anyone been through the same?
Thanks in advance!

never had that problem before. sorry..
maybe we'll just have to wait for some of the admins to get a hold of this...
please do notify us if this has been resolved.
goodluck!
last option would be to uninstall the game and/or redownload and reinstall it..

We really have no way of giving you tips on this one since nobody seems to have experienced what you're going through right now

There is a warning telling players not to install the game on C:\Program Files\ directory, does it means you should also not install it on C:\Program Files(x86)\ ? They're different directories, but the same rule applies?

Do not turn on your anti virus and your fire wall until you haven't installed the game yet and if the Item mall is not working yet let me know if there's some problem after you re-install the game I'll find a solution for it

Would a .zip or .rar file with a properly woking client folder solve the issue? Maybe the mirrors are currently not downloading all the files.

I forgot to ask which operating system you are using? w7/w8.1 or w10?
