Why is it that when i file for a ticket, it shows unfiled? how to make it file..
and at the same time why is it that the admins are not replying thou?

It just means that the admin hasn't got a hold of the message yet.. .that's all.
by the time that the admin reads the ticket, it will be listed as filed..
