i always request for a new pin but still i dont receive any emails regarding about it yet.

can you help me?

first. check if it is the correct email that you log in then try to wait for it for like a day. my friend also reset his pin and he reset it 3x within a day because he doesn't receive any email. the 1st email he received after 3 hrs the 2nd he received 7 then the last one he received the next day. so try to wait for it for like a day to avoid multiple pin reset.
