and such a simple question, u can just do a test in game by yourself to find the answer.

For some what reason, the accessories which gives 30/50+c9 = dex=23 but the set 30/50+c7 = 25

the extra dr won't be shown. but there is still 3dr difference between +9 45dr and +12 45dr items.
