These sets have bonus stats when completed as three part costume. As seen on my screenshot below, lowest stat bonus applies when a character is level 50.
But the problem is the minimum level requirement of these items is level 165.

It's not a huge problem, set can be applied for level 165, so you will get 100hp bonus when you reached that level.
I will remove the level requirement for the levels 50, 100 and 150 on the set bonus.
