• Lost account could be retrieved if you've provided the right acc infos.
• Hacked Acc? This must happened within 30-60days been passed
√ The hacked/lost items can't be retrieved also :/
Like whay ARMA said, file a ticket

even if the lost items were Donated ones?

the best way to handle your situation is to file a ticket..
the replies might be little slow right now due to the traffic of other concerns, but please kindly file a ticket.. the GMs will still help you regarding this issue.

the most appropriate action to take is to file ticket, this is the fastest way of having this issue resolved.
