file a ticket or reset it and then look at your email

where can i reset my password including the PIN when i logged in??

i think you can only reset your password using the ticket system..
on the other hand, you can reset your PIN in-game..
here's how
step 1: log in your account
step 2: right after logging i, there will be a "server list" tab and "manage access" tab. enter your current pin code and click "confirm"
step 3: "manage account security" tab will appear. please click "change PIN" on the lower left side of the tab.
step 4: just enter a new security PIN and there you have it!!!
on the other hand, you can reset your PIN in-game..

You should use the following format to retrieve your account using the link “iWillKillyou†provided
Account(user) ID:
Registered Email:
Registered Mother's name:
-you need to Include the registered email even if it was already inactive, that is still the registered email of your accounts.
-You may use the given format for multiple accounts.
if you cant provide the information needed, the GM who will handle your ticket will give some "HINTS" for you to remember your account.
