can i still wait for there reply or what? i saw admin and gms profile active like last month here in forum so with other mods.

yeah its still working, GM asya and GM kyros reply at tickets.

yup! it's still working. the GM who will handle the case may be busy but they always find away to help us .. goodluck with your ticket!
