so i am planning to reset my character's stat for the second time, i am wondering if p2p stat/skill reset coupon is still functional because based on its description i should go to Mildun but when i see Mildun there are no option about skill and stat reset. can someone answer my query please. Thank you in advance.

maybe you should go to richard steel near mildun he can teleport you in p2p stat/skill reset npc

Richard Steel doesn't have an option to teleport in birth island either =(

When you have the coupon, talk to the npc, then he will teleport you to the status reset map.
