Bug Weapons AP

I just bought this weapon and tried in in TG i noticed my AP with buffs is 500 lower with the Burnthesnatch then the Donate weapon.
Which i think is strange becus the difference between both weapons is just 145 AP and ofcourse the HR and DEX.
But as you can see unbuffed with the Burnthesnatch = 1859AP and with the other weapon its 2386 AP
Makes a difference of 527 AP. while is should be 145AP difference. Which means the 40 dex extra stats = 382 AP?
I'm a little confused by this. Someone explain or tell me if it's just bugged!
See here pictures of me wearing weapons and its AP / my base stats (dex/str).

It is divided to 21 before it will be multiple.
Katars Attack Power = a + b + Knuckle Mastery
a = ((Dex * 0.05) + 20) * Attack Power Weapon * 1/21
b = (Str * 0.42) + (Lvl * 0.2) + (Dex * 0.55)

Explain please xD!
It's both katar so no dual wield. But the only diffence on the weapons is 145 AP and 40 dex but still the weapon gives like 600AP less then the other one. Which is kinda weird..

lets compute the a side:
x weapon AP = 100
y weapon AP = 200
for x weapon:
a = ((1*0.05)+20) *100/21
a= (0.05+20)*4.76
a= 95.44
for y weapon
a = ((1*0.05)+20) *200/21
a= (0.05+20)*9.52
a= 190
try to change dex and you will see the big difference
the red multiplier can make the big difference thats why none p2p wand is better for AP type because of the same principle.

simply the ap of weapon is not equal to the real ap.
the ap of weapon is for calculating your real ap.
