When I use stealth on my raider and teleport somewhere else it wears off? and CTRL target is not working?

Stealth is removed when you're using a self buff like dash.

I teleported immediately when casting stealth I notice stealth is ON but the icon and the fade appearance of your character is not there.

You should wait untill the skill casting (motion) is completed and then teleport.

It's not really a bug, you didn't wait untill the skill was completed with casting.
