as i saw in the data base they can be dropped by orpes or ikaness workers in Eldeon Clan Field which are lvl195 & 199. They are in the center of ecf so number 7

Get to level 210 atleast, find yourre spot on luna clan field B2 and hunt the mobs. Best spot for me. Here is also dropped : Otherwordly metals, green hearts, black hearts and some other refining. Goodluck hunting !
