Cart Speed BUG 300mspeed

I would like to report a cart speed bug happened to my character "PilyongHusband" after I enter the racing circuit from racing referee Richard Steel. The movement speed of my IM evo GT and IM hover bike drop to 300mspeed. Already re-log but nothing change. I transfer my cart to other character and it works well. Appreciate if you can resolve this. make sure if u r over-weighted first
while driving, your str will become base str only, so this situation might happen.
better to post a picture here so that people can check where is the problem.
