Hi devs and GM. I already message tintin about this but I haven't receive any reply. I am randomly disconnected maybe 5-7X per hour. If it is happens when I am multi-client only one character will disconnect but if will simultaneously disconnect other client after a couple of minutes. I am using GLOBE broadband.

Hi Zeed,

Im a globe postpaid user too..However, this happens to me before so frequent and is bit annoying.. Happens only when the signal changed from HSDPA to WCDMA. So what I did..re-positioned my -14Dbi Antenna pointing on a different location wherein I have gained constant amplified signal. ;)

Thanks for the info, I will try to re-position my router.

I am using LTE and only less than a KM away from the tower. I am not getting disconnected from any other game like LOL. I am not getting this disconnection before so I think the server's internet provider is the rejecting my connection because when I ping iroseph and google simultaneously iroseph has a lot of RTO but google is normal.

It happened to me today aswell, all my clients disconnected. First I thought it was my own internet, but when I went afk for vending it happened again.
Might've been just a coinsidence tho :)

Me too, I don't like new Globe broadband with wifi here since three weeks ago...
You can try restarting your broadband and wait for 10+ mins before turn on your Globe broadband. Just check it first if no more getting DC.. :D

I remember when all PLDT user keep on disconnecting but GLOBE user has no issue but now it is reverse. :(

Already tried that, I also brought my LTE modem with me to our APC summer outing but unfortunately we haven't brought a laptop to isolate if the area/tower is the problem.

I am thinking of two more options after eliminating others that might have caused this:
First, Your wireless modem or router may be overheating so try to keep it away from other devices which produce a lot of heat and Second, there maybe a 'high noise margin'..check the SNR Margin (Signal or Noise Ratio) under status menu of your wireless equipment. If it's below 6dB, this means you have a noisy line which can cause intermittent disconnections. You can obtain higher than 6dB by repositioning the equipment. (While on the wireless router page - logon as admin. Check the dB values everytime you move the equipment) Then test it.. ;)

I tried using hotspot and the game did not kick me randomly. Maybe there is a problem in LTE to iroseph connection because they monitor (capping of bandwidth) my connection thats why their DNS can't be change to google DNS. I am changing my plan to dsl line which is expensivehoping the issue will resolve.

I am doing anything to be back online just for the love of this game because I met friends here, they are even part of my family, my house is their house too. It is sad that we can't even play/farm/tg/pk/war together when they visit because of this. I am very disappointed that even my message/post has no reply from devs/gm that can handle this.

And if the new GLOBE dsl plan fails, there is always a third account under PLDT. :D :D :D

try this trick

run cmd as admin then type

"cd C:\" enter then type


"netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=disabled"

(do not include quotation)

this trick works for me, i am also using globe broadband. hope this helps

Same problem globe user a lot of my friend quit the game because of dcness sad
