I'm just thinking if its bug or what?
it says "30 aspd", but after using the item it only gives "24 aspd"

tintin changed the computation now . i think its ASPD x 0.8 = real aspd on stats.

I think by now it should be adjusted in the item display since it was reported by Zesk October of last year. Some players want accurate computations in their stats and items.

since 2014 October till now?? adjusting attributes but not on display items??
it should be fix by now, because other players didnt know anything about it if they are not aware using forum sections..

Harsh to say but this adjustment isn't a priority, the developers decided what is and what isn't so it could be adjusted depending on them.
And it's neither a bug, it was adjusted by the developers.

maybe it's not the priority but its like fooling your players when you are having that item attribute displayed on item mall
its like giving 3/4 sack of rice when consumer is buying 1 sack of rice..
