Since lots of people usually PM me for asking something like this

I decide to make some guides for different jobs here

first , for my personal taste, I love to build a char suited for all the situations

so many sets and good switching skills are needed if u gonna take this guide

hunter, it is just like a muse using bow and get long distanced magic skills.

so the base status could be like

300dex
300int
300sen
145con

I am going to introduce what sets to prepare and how to vary the base status

1. int/hr set

u can consider this set as ur main dmg/hr set for hunter

normally/simply people love Purple Winter Racing Set + 100hr/30int mask + 80hr/50int back, and 50con/50int acc with full Ulti

with this set , there is no problem with ur hr/dmg , u can reach 1.6k+hr easily and also good dmg

the only problem may happen here is that, u will not be able to kill high hp char such as 12k

there r two solutions for this:

1.poison

2.using self apsd buff, and swithcing to dex/ap set to do normal hit combo after stun

if u want to sacrifice some hr and int to get more speed/dr(or u love to run in the tg all the time), u could also choose Demon Set with Ulti

2. dr set

dr set is well suited for every job honestly, it can anti stun/poison/dmg

people would love to choose Red Winter Racing Set

u can define the max Dr u want to reach, then decide how many ur base Dex u will need.


3. dex/ap set

without poison, the only way for a scout/hunter to kill a 12k+hp soldier is normal hit combo

first , u need a full int set to buff up ur aspd(400aspd around), and u will be able to kill those HP chars.

even with def down traps, u can do normal hit kill just like a raider since the def down is 50% and u have 4200+ap and 400aspd at he same time


4.full int set

u can use this set to boost ur aspd/speed much higher than cleric's buff

so a full int set for buffing is needed, too

Conclusion:

hunter get some advantages

Pro:

1. magic based skill -> much higher hit rate than normal skills, and resist to ap down and cri down, also good in arena tournament

2. passive 150hr -> easier to hit dr char

3. high long ranged stun rate -> hunter(60%) > scout(50%) = bourg(50%) = artisan(50%) > GS(50%)

4. can detect, can good to run/chase enemies


Con:

1. no shield -> less 1 gem

2. low def -> afraid to normal hit killing sometimes


simply the atk ability of hunter is good(especially for killing dr chars), but weak tank ability unless it is in dr set.

Though developers have improved lot of things I suggested (job balance, improvement)

"the other prestige improving" is not yet done

Hence, Poison is still the only choice for upgrading now

u can use it for helping low dmg chars to kill high hp chars mainly

Can I get your opinion on stunna prestige rune?
500 sens combine with base stats and gems are good enough for hunter?or need higher

since INT doesnt affect the stun/debuff % of traps, u dont need a int set comparing to a raider

Stunna won't increase ur stun % , it provides u a chance to short stun(3sec) ur enemy on every skills

Stunna is only useful at big war on shaman/knight now when u at sth like full +13, but comparing to poison, it is not good at all

I suggested it should be improve to higher chance long time ago
