Insect wing has a very low quality , try the rose earring here is lace used as main mat. It give 99%. The % depends on the mat quality and they have to change it.

The first mat is Insect Wing...that -10 success rate isnt normal

In my artisan it has -11 and Rose Saber -13% 
but yeah I crafted Rose Wand with 12% success rate and it was SUCCESSFUL

It is given that insect wings have low quality, therefore has low success rate..
however, it is the "only" mats required to craft the back armor, (of course aside from gold thread, thick iron & bird feather)..
so if it is "not" bugged according to those who said it is not..
are we able to successfully craft at NEGATIVE 10% ??

Its a real bug . Now i know cause everything materials to craft that is not bas on quality of the mats you will put . They should change the insect wing for cloth materials like lace,twill . Etc so we can base the fail % and success of the item.
