good day..

i was upgrading items and this happened.. the success bar was green and my item didnt upgrade.. and failed

so i was shock because it my 1st time to see this BUG

please.. help me return mats or just upgrade my item to +12

It is not a bug

It happened a lot for those who upgraded a lot actually

kinda lame that you can feel that screwed by the feeling YAY I got green bar but then you see it failed

Yeah, the bug is the bar displaying green. It should be red, because it actually failed. There's a mismatch in calculations sometimes between the client and server, but the server is always right

But tin I hope u could fix my shield Durability and Dodge Rate on the next patch it decrease to 120/45 from 125/46 even I used pluto rune my shield is curently +13, but I'm not using it coz the durability and dodge rate has been decrease xD

We will not adjust the 120 durability to 125.
This is only for items with for example 50 durability, with your next upgrade it will become 125.

well , his case is different from us

his 4* 120 dura parts are demon set

and actually the demon set are 120 dura at +9

but our 120 dura parts are 125dura at +9

How do I forgot that yeah u are right deamon set has naturally 120 dura
